Our Prep Course, a private 2-session course with our certified coaches, will teach you the basics and have you ready to join classes.

The Prep Course is a foundational program led by our expert coaches designed to introduce new athletes to the training methods at SoCo Athletics. Each session is roughly an hour long and involves warm-up, movement skills, workout, and cool down. Throughout you’ll address proper movement, workout goals, training focus, and answer any specific questions that arise, all to set you up for success in our group classes.
The Prep Course is includes Two 1-hour private sessions, scheduled at your convenience, with our coaches. Upon completion, you’ll be able to join any of our group classes and the full cost of the prep course will be applied to your first full month’s membership.
