The Prep Course is an introduction program led by our expert coaches designed to introduce new athletes to the training methods at SoCo Athletics. Each session is roughly 60 minutes and involves warm-up, movement skills, workout, and cool down. Throughout you’ll address proper movement, workout goals, training focus, and answer any specific questions that arise, all to set you up for success in our group classes.
The Prep Course is includes Two 1-hour private intro sessions, scheduled at your convenience, with our coaches. Upon completion, you’ll be able to join any of our group classes and the full cost of the prep course will be applied to your first full month’s membership.
