Mobility Night #2


Join us for our Second Mobility session with Dr. Brian Watts of College Station PT and Performance Thursday Sept 13 at 7:00pm!

This series of workshops will cover various mobility drills that will help keep you mobile and injury free. Our second session will cover shoulder, elbows, and wrists, and we'll continue the series over the coming weeks until we cover the whole body!

Invite your friends and bring your yoga mat if you have one. If you don't, there are some at the gym. Snacks and beverages will also be included!
