This series of workshops will cover various mobility drills that will help keep you mobile and injury free. Our first session will specifically cover the hips, and we'll continue the series over the coming weeks until we cover the whole body!
Invite your friends and bring your yoga mat if you have one. If you don't, there are some at the gym. Snacks and beverages will also be included!
