Time and again our programs have proven effective for helping our athletes meet and surpass their goals- from losing a few pounds, to beating chronic illness, and even competing in sports beyond the gym. Our Group classes focus on daily expert coaching to ensure our athletes move safely and effectively, and understand how each moment of training increases their fitness. Our workouts are built to improve conditioning, increase strength, and allow for skill development and intensity progression, regardless of ability. We work hard to make sure that out programs deliver results.
CrossFit classes are 60-minute high-intensity group workouts. WODs include functional movements--power/olympic lifts, gymnastics, cardio, and core work--in combinations that vary daily in demand and duration.
Our Endurance programs cover training for a range of goals- from first triathlons or 5k’s to ultra events like Ironman. We provide the tools, training, and confidence you need to fly across the finish line. Your race is waiting!
